"In 2003 my son Frankie was playing house league hockey at the White level. Frankie wanted to play at a higher level, so friends of ours directed us to Sam Del Monte and his camp. Frankie worked with Sam and the D.E.L.L. every Tuesday and Thursday morning for training, Sam was a great help as he helped Frankie go from a White to Red and then to "A" level player. Frankie couldn't be happier.
Sam also noticed that Frankie's stride wasn't as powerful as it could be, so he set up our basement for dry land training. Sam was in our basement everyday for 2 weeks putting Frankie through the drills. (He even did it for free!) This just shows how much Sam believes in his students and genuinely wants them to improve.
Sam and the D.E.L.L. are great! Everyone who has been trained by them have all improved 100%. Sam and his sons make the kids believe in themselves and that is why all the kids love the camp.
