10 hours of ice over five days (2 hours per session)
Each session will consist of 40-50 minutes of power skating and puck-handling. The remaing time will be alotted to zones which will include shooting, 2-on-1's, 3-on-2's, puck protection, cycling and a variety of other speed drills designed to lift players above their current comfort zone.
The objective of this five-day camp is to enhance the fundamental hockey skills of the players while improving their overall conditioning and stamina. Most importantly, the overspeed drills will allow the players to leave the camp flying high and ready to take tryouts by storm!
