Each day consists of:
Two On-Ice Sessions (1.5 hours each)
-1st session: Focuses on team systems and positional play (Our traditional Camp)
-2nd session: Focuses more on skill development, power skating and competitive games
Two Off-Ice Sessions
-1st session: Focuses on functional hockey training (ie. agility, shooting, & stickhandling)
-2nd session: Athletic enjoyment. Possible activities include soccer, baseball, football, swimming, etc.
